The second pledge intiation was held at 8:00. Robert Howard and Jack Milroy were pledged. The ceremony was adjourned.
Meeting opened. Minutes read and approved. Jim Hirtle talked on possibilities of appropriating money from Senate for travel money for a delegate to attend Convention in Austin, Texas. Also we are eligable to have a "most valuable member" nominated for Honors Convention.
Moved that chapter does not solicit funds for travel expenses to the convention. DEFEATED!

Treasure of report read and accepted.
Jim Leonard reported on open house. We are to take care of signs, and also to direct people to the various buildings. Suggested that propaganda booth be combined with information booth. Committee to work on this project. Pamphlets about APO to be put in the BSA council offices.
Put reported on Nominations Committee. Suggested that the Vice President for Service projects be elected, as job is getting larger. Equal power, working jointly. Unanimously approved.
